Kelly began her legal career in Birmingham, AL, after earning her Paralegal Degree in 1982. Her first role in the legal field involved working with attorneys specializing in real estate, personal injury, and family law. Early on, Kelly discovered that personal injury law was her true passion. She has always enjoyed connecting with clients, helping them navigate the often complex process of their claims, and supporting them through every stage—from initial intake to settling claims or assisting the attorney during litigation.

Since 2006, Kelly has been an integral part of the team, working closely with Kevin Conner. She initially joined as his paralegal and now serves as the Office Administrator, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm while continuing to support client needs.

Outside of the office, Kelly loves spending time with her family, traveling with her brother and sister-in-law, and singing as part of the worship team at her church.
